Randeep Baruah

Randeep is currently Manager – Player Representation at Libero Sports India. Having previously worked with Dentsu India Group as Manager, Sports Marketing, and also in the PR industry at the start of his career, Randy comes well-equipped with diverse operational and marketing functionalities to add value towards the growth of Libero Sports.

Randeep completed his B.A. (Honors) in History from St. Stephens College, Delhi University, and after a gap for 2 years while picking up valuable work experience in grassroots Football coaching and PR separately, he pursued his Masters (MSc) in Sports Management from Sheffield Hallam University in the United Kingdom.

While at Dentsu, working on projects for the AIFF, IFA and Chirag United SC helped him understand and gauge the Indian football market with a more comprehensive eye. Working more closely on a grassroots development project with Conscient Football in Delhi-NCR for the past one year gave him valuable perspective of working from base up in the football pyramid in India to create a sustainable and dynamic future for the growth and acceptance of football as a serious sport in the country.

As in life, so at work, Randeep likes to keep it simple and uncomplicated. His ability to forge and grow relationships, keeping in mind the diverseness of every individual and respecting their choices of living and working is something he considers a valuable asset. When not screaming vociferously at the TV while Arsenal are playing, Randy likes to travel, write, listen to music and play sports.
